In order to get credit for conducting these virtual Fraternal Benefit Nights, each Council must complete Fraternal Benefit Form #11077 by the Grand Knight and submit it to their respective General Sales Manager (copy to firstname.lastname@example.org). Here is the contact information for the General Sales Managers in California to forward the completed forms:

The ideal way of holding a Fraternal Benefit Night is to have our Field Agents conduct a ‘face to face’ event at their assigned Councils. Our General Sales Managers have been asked to have each of their respective Field Agents reach out and ensure each of their Councils are aware of these events and assist them in completing the proper documentation.
