Attendees should plan to arrive on Friday, January 6 by 6:00PM.  The meetings will be completed on Sunday, January 8 by 12:00PM (Noon).

District Deputy attendance is mandatory. 

District Wardens may attend to represent the DD with advance approval from the State Deputy.
