Councils are assessed a Per Capita fee each year based on membership counts as of July 1.  The entire balance can be paid in full by August 20, 2023 or split half/half and paid by August 20, 2023 and the following February 18, 2024.

Payment of State and Supreme per capita is allowed without a vote of the council.

Councils may request a discount to exclude Deacons and active-duty military from the State assessment by completing this Per Capita Adjustment Request Form.  This exclusion is not available from Supreme.

When entering your payment, please be sure to add the COUNCIL NUMBER in the order comment field on the checkout screen.  Please note that Per Capita payments by credit or debit card are assessed a 3.5% convenience fee to offset our processing cost.  We are still working on a no-fee electronic check payment system.
