MIDTERM  MEETING
January 8-10, 2027

District Deputy attendance is mandatory
Committeemen by written invitation only

Visalia Marriott at the Convention Center

Invitations, hotel links and food ticket links
will be posted and distributed in early December

Attendees should plan to arrive on Friday, January 8 by 6:00PM
Meetings will be completed on Sunday, January 10 by 12:00PM (Noon)
DD’s must sign-in at the beginning and sign-out at the end in order to be reimbursed

Registration in Convention Center Lobby
Friday 2:00PM – 7:00PM, Saturday 7:00AM – 9:00AM
 

District Wardens may attend to represent the DD with advance approval from the State Deputy.
